No late entries, arrive 15min before
Bring 1 small blanket - it may get cold during session
Bring your yoga mat
Bring 1 small pillow or yoga bolster for support as you lay on your mat
No heavy/stron perfume/colgnes _ we are all at close proximity
Age requirement 14 years or older
Plan to stay for entire 1.15min - to avoid interuping others in meditation/savasana- yogi courtesy.
